- 1.5oz Spiced Rum
- 0.5oz Coconut Rum
- Cranberry Juice
Directions: Pour spiced rum and coconut rum in a lowball glass over ice. Add cranberry juice to fill and stir.

Segment 1 - This week in Nerd History
- July 10th, 1962 -- Telstar 1, the world’s first television relay satellite was launched into space. The first broadcast was supposed to be remarks by president John F. Kennedy, but at the time of the broadcast, he was not yet ready, so instead, part of a Cubs/Phillies game was aired.
Telstar 1 also relayed the first telephone call, fax, taped television show, and of course, live television through space. Fun fact, it also was used to synchronize time between the U.S. and the U.K., down to the accuracy of a microsecond. (Clive likes this last part.)
